Safa Fitness Club have state of the art cardio section with machines from Techno Gym. The hi-tech treadmills, Elliptical (Cross Trainer), Exercise Bikes (Reclined and Upright), Cardio Wave, Rowing Machine, Stepper are safe and user friendly piece of equipment for cardiovascular training.

Free Weight Area / Strength

Our wide selection of free weights and the latest stationary machines means you’ll be fully equipped to work out and strengthen and condition your chest, arms, back, abs and legs in extensive free weight areas. Most experienced bodybuilders and weightlifters throughout the world favor free weights over weight machines. We also have a variety of strength machines such as chest press, shoulder press, row, calf machine, and Adjustable decline/Abs crunch, Cable Cross over, Chin up, Abdominal Crunch, Boxing and Kick Boxing bag. The platforms have been designed to cater for all levels of user from beginner to elite athlete. They can be used to increase power, speed, flexibility and blood circulation to the body.

Group Exercises

Group exercise is great fun and a great way to stay motivated. We have a variety of group exercise from T-rex, Zumba, martial arts and yoga. We have a spinning room with spinning cycles.
